Lead capture is the guide to start with. It covers a form, a workflow and an End node, which are the three pieces every other guide also uses.

Before You Start#

Every guide assumes the widget is installed and the bot answers. If it is not, start with the platform guide above.

Every guide also builds at least one workflow. Reading what a workflow is and writing a workflow description beforehand takes about ten minutes and covers the two concepts the guides assume.
