Plans and Limits

Chatleadr is an AI assistant for your website, WhatsApp and Instagram. It answers from your own content, runs the workflows you draw, and captures the lead at the end of the conversation. Billing is per conversation rather than per agent.

This page is the only place plan figures are stated. Every other page links here rather than repeating a number, so a limit cannot be right in one place and wrong in another.

What Each Plan Includes#

Prices are per month. Annual billing is charged yearly, and the figure shown is what it works out to per month.

A connection is one platform on one bot, so a bot running both WhatsApp and Instagram uses two of them.

Members are counted per workspace, not per account, and the count rises with the plan. Free and Starter carry one person, so a second login starts on Growth. On Agency, each client workspace has its own count drawn from the same plan.

How the Allowance Works#

A conversation costs the same on every plan, so a larger plan carries more bots and more channels without changing the price of a conversation. Client workspaces are the exception: they are on Agency alone.

An allowance is issued for the billing period and does not roll over, and there is no top-up pack on sale today, so a month that runs long is a month spent on keyword answers. Match the plan to the traffic you have rather than the traffic you expect. See plans and billing.

Past the allowance the bot keeps answering from your trigger keywords, at no charge, until the period resets. The widget stays on your site.

Comparisons#

Two kinds of product get shortlisted against Chatleadr, and they are built for different jobs. Which category you are buying narrows the list before any feature comparison applies.

What the buyer is actually choosing between Is somebody going to log into an inbox every day? Yes: a live chat help desk Tidio, Intercom, Crisp An agent console and presence Routing and assignment A mobile app for agents Live visitor monitoring Priced per seat No: an AI assistant Chatleadr, Chatbase Workflows that run actions A workflow the author draws Lead capture as the outcome Hand-off to WhatsApp or email Priced per conversation or
Two categories that look the same in a screenshot. The question that separates them is whether anyone will sit in an inbox.

Chatleadr vs Chatbase covers the closer comparison. Both answer from your own content, and they differ on what the bot can do once it has answered, where the lead lands, and what a conversation costs.

Chatleadr vs Tidio covers the case where somebody on your team will sit in an inbox every day. That is a live chat help desk, and it is a different purchase.

Common Questions#

Which Chatleadr Plan Do I Need?#

Count the conversations you expect, not the visitors. Starter covers one website at modest traffic, with the workflow builder and leads emailed to you. Growth is still one website, with more traffic and the first plan to carry WhatsApp, Instagram and ClickUp. Scale is still one business, with more bots and more traffic again.

Agency is the plan for running bots on behalf of other people. It adds client workspaces, each with its own bots, leads and team, all drawing on one pooled allowance. It also carries the two branding rows: the Chatleadr mark comes off your chat widgets, and your own logo replaces ours in the dashboard and in the lead emails your bots send.

Does Chatleadr Have a Free Plan?#

Yes. It runs one bot with one knowledge document, which is enough to see the bot answering from your own content. The workflow builder starts on Starter.

What Happens When I Run Out of Conversations?#

The bot keeps answering, from your trigger keywords only, and stops improvising until the allowance resets or you move up a plan. See plans and billing.

Can I Move My Content From Another Tool?#

Usually by re-adding the sources rather than exporting anything: point Chatleadr at the same URLs and upload the same documents. Workflows have to be rebuilt, because no two products model them the same way.
